IT icons discuss ways for customers-partners coop


STAFF REPORT LAHORE: Ensuring a high level of satisfaction among the customers and partners is a core component of business at Microsoft. Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) is a company-wide strategy to increase customer satisfaction and improve experiences with the products, programmes and services.

“Through annual surveys and product feedback efforts like the Customer Experience Improvement Program, we continue to listen and respond to our customers and partners and are committed to improving their experiences with us,” said an official of Microsoft Pakistan during the executive dinner discussion held here.

The gathering, arranged by the Microsoft in collaboration with CIO Pakistan, was attended by CIOs, senior IT heads, General Managers for IT, the CFOs and the CEOs from various firms. The event aimed to rotate discussions that promote perspective-sharing on a more productive and a long-term relationship with Microsoft.
