He further said that he strongly believes that the success of the company is mainly because of the valuable contributions from each of its employee who is an expert in his/her respective fields and functions.
Kapadia handed out awards to the resources who out-performed their peers not only in Software and BPO services but also in Quality Control, Sales & Marketing, Infrastructure, Finance, HR and Administration functions.
