STAFF REPORT ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Agriculture Research Council (PARC) is scheduled to devise the National Research Agenda likely this week in order to intensify the coordinated research activities for the development of agriculture sector of the country.
“Scientists and concerned authorities from all the provincial and federal institutions working for agriculture development would participate in the meeting to be held mostly on Feb 15-16 to help devise the strategy,” PARC Chairman Dr. Muhammad Afzal told the media here.
He said that the development of the agenda would help agriculture research in a broader perspective and check duplications of research projects adding the agenda would also support as well as strengthen collaboration and cooperation among various research institutions.
